What it checks, and why
The first line. LinkedIn hides everything past about 210 characters behind a “see more”. That preview is the whole advert for your post, so an opener that spends it on “I'm excited to announce” has spent it badly.
Whitespace. Most people read the feed on a phone. A solid paragraph is scrolled past; two or three short lines are read.
Corporate filler. Words like leverage, synergy and game-changer make a specific experience sound like everyone else's. The checker flags them so you can say the plain version.
A reason to reply. Comments are what pull a post beyond the people who already follow you. A genuine question does more than any hashtag.
