Comparison

VaaniCraft vs Postiz: a scheduler and a strategy are different jobs.

Postiz is an open-source social media scheduler. It publishes to 30+ networks from a visual calendar, is self-hostable, and carries a public API with n8n, Make and Zapier integrations. If you are running many accounts across many platforms, that breadth is the point.

VaaniCraft does one platform — LinkedIn — and spends its effort on the part before scheduling: deciding what you should say, to whom, and why anyone should care.

The short answer: These aren't really substitutes. Postiz answers "how do I get this everywhere on schedule?". VaaniCraft answers "what should I be posting, and why?". If you already know what to say, a scheduler is the cheaper tool.

Choose Postiz if

  • You publish to several networks and want one calendar for all of them.
  • You want to self-host, or you care that the code is open.
  • You're wiring publishing into automations via API, n8n or Zapier.
  • You already know what to post and need distribution, not direction.

Choose VaaniCraft if

  • LinkedIn is where your buyers actually are, and the rest is noise for you.
  • The hard part is the blank page, not the scheduling.
  • You want carousels, comment replies and CTAs built for LinkedIn specifically.
  • You want the plan and the posts to come from the same document.

The results behind the product

157,746 impressions in a week. 40,631 in a quarter.

Two accounts running a VaaniCraft strategy — one that spiked, one that compounded. Both reached most of their audience beyond the people already following them.

Fair questions

Can VaaniCraft schedule posts?
Yes — you can publish straight to LinkedIn or queue the week, and Auto Mode publishes at the times you set. It just isn't the reason to choose it.
Will you support other networks?
They're on the roadmap and already appear as disabled options in onboarding. Today LinkedIn is the only network we support, and we'd rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.
Is VaaniCraft open source?
No. If self-hosting or auditing the code matters to you, Postiz wins that comparison outright.

Fifteen days, no card. If it isn't the right fit, you'll know inside a week.
