Comparison

VaaniCraft vs Taplio: which one fits how you work?

Taplio is the best-known LinkedIn growth tool, and it is a good product. It is built around volume and engagement: a large post library to draw from, scheduling, a lead database and a Chrome extension for working the feed.

VaaniCraft starts a step earlier. Before you write anything, it produces the strategy — who you're for, what you're known for, the pillars you'll post about and a dated calendar — and everything it generates comes from that document.

The short answer: If your problem is producing enough posts and engaging enough people, Taplio is the more mature tool. If your problem is not knowing what you should be posting about in the first place, that's what VaaniCraft is for.

Choose Taplio if

  • You already know your positioning and just need volume and consistency.
  • Prospecting matters as much as publishing — the lead database is real value.
  • You want the safety of a mature product with a long track record.
  • You work inside the LinkedIn feed all day and want a browser extension there.

Choose VaaniCraft if

  • The blocker is deciding what to post, not finding time to post it.
  • You want a written strategy you can argue with, not a template feed.
  • You're publishing for a business as well as yourself — or for several products.
  • You'd rather start at £19 and 15 free days than $39 and 7.

Two accounts running a VaaniCraft strategy — one that spiked, one that compounded. Both reached most of their audience beyond the people already following them.

Fair questions

Can I use both?
People do. VaaniCraft decides the plan and writes to it; a tool like Taplio is often kept for prospecting. Nothing about either stops you exporting a post and publishing it wherever you like.
Do you import my Taplio content?
Not automatically today. Your strategy is built from a short onboarding — your goal, audience and offer — rather than from your back catalogue, so there's nothing to migrate before you start.
Is VaaniCraft cheaper overall?
At the entry tier, yes: £19 a month against $39. At the top of both ranges the gap narrows. If prospecting data is what you need, price isn't the comparison that matters.

Fifteen days, no card. If it isn't the right fit, you'll know inside a week.
